WHAT WE BUY:
We actively buy the following items for our store: furniture, lighting, hardware, stained glass, and architectural salvaged pieces we are looking for items from the 1930’s and earlier.
We are also interested in some mid-century items from the 1950’s to the 1970’s such as furniture and lighting.
We are not interested in China, Dishes or Silverware at this time
WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE:
- email us pictures of the item or items to: email@example.com
- include with your pictures any additional information regarding condition, items need to be in good useable condition
- include in your asking price, please remember this is a retail store if you are looking at a top dollar we suggest you try selling it on your own first, then get in touch with us. Remember what you GOOGLE is what people are asking not necessarily what items have sold for.
- can you deliver the items, if we have to arrange a pick up, it must be in the city, only larger items, that is factored into the offer
**In the event you require us to come to your home for an estate purchase, eg. at least a full truck load of items, please contact the store to discuss the items available, your prices etc.
***We do our best to offer a fair price, we have 15 years of buying and selling to rely on. Due to the amount of emails we receive and phone calls daily and to help us limit the going back and forth, we ask that you provide all the above mentioned information. We do our best to respond within 3 days, however to help us keep that goal, only reasonable offers will be responded to.

If we feel your items would better suit one of our 40 different vendors, we can share your e-mail inquiries, photos and asking price with them.
